Concrete Driveways, Patios, Pool Decks, Sidewalks

In South Florida, many buildings and homes have been constructed on fill material which contains a significant amount of sand. Additionally, rainwater and stormwater run-off were not always factored into the building of many patios, driveways, and sidewalks, causing them to crack and crumble prematurely.

We have extensive expertise in this area and will account for these conditions in your south Florida concrete construction. We will evaluate and provide you with a design that will incorporate water conveyance, a properly compacted base, steel and/or fiber reinforcing, properly spaced expansion, and control joints, and we use only the highest quality concrete designs.

Building & Mechanical Slabs, Footings & Walls

As the name implies, the foundation is the “backbone” of all structures; it must be engineered to adequately support that structure. The lifespan of your structure depends on the foundation being properly designed and constructed.

Our certified structural engineer will evaluate the site, consider all the features necessary to support your structure and or your mechanical device, and incorporate the necessary aspects for a solid foundation in a sealed drawing that will be used during the construction of your foundation. “Sufficient Support”

Stairs, Columns, Raised & Cantilevered Decks, Tie Beams, Curbs, Retaining & Privacy Walls, Restoration & Repair

Concrete is one of the most durable building materials and is the most widely used construction material in the world. Structures made of concrete have a long service life and gain strength over time.

Our extensive knowledge and vast experience in forming and placing concrete allow us to offer you many possibilities. We can design and construct stairs, columns, tie beams, curbs, gutters, swales, walls, backyard barbecues, countertops, and much more.

Storm Water Culverts and Swales, Deck and Subterranean Drains

Stormwater conveyance systems must be properly designed to remove water efficiently enough to meet flood protection and eliminate the movement of the base material. Our certified engineer will assess and provide the required need analysis so that every job we design protects your structure from potential water damage.

Stamped, Colored, & Overlays

Stamped concrete, commonly referred to as imprinted concrete, is concrete that is designed to resemble brick, slate, flagstone, stone, tile, and even wood. By infusing color and imprinting patterns in freshly placed concrete, you are then able to achieve the high-end look of stone or brick pavement, often at a much lower cost. Decorative overlays and micro-toppings are ideal for masking flaws in existing concrete floors.

Some uses are to cover stains and to mend hairline cracks, which allow you to start with a clean canvas. In addition to being applied over concrete, overlays can be applied over other sound floor surfaces such as wood, vinyl tile, and linoleum. Our extensive knowledge of available materials and their applications allows us to offer you a durable and aesthetically pleasing alternative to typical concrete finishes.
